Grace Marriage FAQs

Building Marriages That Reveal the Mystery of the Gospel

We believe marriage is a sacred covenant, rooted in God’s unconditional grace. Designed to reveal the profound mystery of Christ’s love for his bride, the church, marriage exists to transform us in holiness, sustain us through daily grace, and display the Gospel to the world.

Registration is $189 per couple for the full year. This includes the Grace Marriage journals, snacks and coffee, and all childcare expenses. If cost is a barrier, confidential scholarships are available. We never want finances to prevent you from participating. Contact us at wayne@dwellberthoud.com or 970528-9458 for more information on scholarships.

We offer free, on-site childcare provided by background checked and trained volunteers and staff. You drop your children right at the start of the session before your 90 minute date night and pick them up when the final small group block finishes.

We know life gets busy and things come up. While attending all 12 provides the best experience, each lesson is self-contained within the journal. If you have to miss a date, you can still complete the material together on your own time.

No. Grace Marriage is proactive, preventative investment for every marriage. Whether you are celebrating 30 years, newly married, or feeling a bit stagnant, this ministry helps good marriages become great. If you are in severe crisis, we want to help. Please check the pastoral care link below.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure! We encourage you to start asking your spouse to try just one session with you. Because half of each session is spent on a date, it feels much more like a refreshing break than a rigid classroom setting.

Absolutely not. We care about your privacy and comfort. Personal reflection and specific marital discussions happen exclusively between you and your spouse during your private date time. Small group time is focused on encouraging one another through general discussion question, not by revealing personal issues.
